Remote Experienced ABA Behavior Therapist / Behavior Technician – Accelerated Hiring Program, Paid Training, Incentive Opportunities & Flexible Schedule
Join Key Autism Services – Transform Lives from Anywhere
Key Autism Services is a nationally recognized provider of evidence‑based autism support services across Massachusetts, Georgia, North Carolina, Florida, Colorado, Illinois, and Texas. Since our founding in 2014, we have been guided by a single, powerful belief: the family is the cornerstone of every child’s development. By partnering closely with families, schools, and community professionals, we create individualized, play‑based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs that empower children on the autism spectrum to thrive socially, academically, and emotionally.
Today, we are expanding our remote team of dedicated ABA Behavior Therapists / Behavior Technicians. If you are a compassionate, results‑driven professional who loves working directly with children and families, this is your chance to join a fast‑growing organization that values growth, flexibility, and impact.
Why This Role Stands Out
Our Accelerated Hiring Program paired with Paid Training means you can start making a difference **and** earn while you learn. Successful candidates may qualify for up to $4,000 in performance incentives within the first 12 months, alongside a competitive hourly wage that starts at $20 per hour and increases with experience and certifications.
Because the position is remote‑first, you enjoy the freedom to manage your own schedule while delivering in‑home services to families in the Concord, NC area (and potentially other locations as we grow).
