Why Join Key Autism Services?

At Key Autism Services, we are more than a provider of autism therapy; we are a compassionate partner to families across seven states—Massachusetts, Georgia, North Carolina, Colorado, Illinois, Tennessee, and Texas. Since our founding in 2014, we have dedicated ourselves to empowering children and adolescents on the autism spectrum to reach their fullest potential. This role offers a unique blend of hands‑on in‑home therapy, comprehensive paid training, and clear pathways to professional advancement, including opportunities to pursue BCBA certification.

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, compassionate individuals—both seasoned professionals and enthusiastic newcomers—to deliver one‑on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in the homes of children and adolescents on the autism spectrum. You will work directly under the guidance of a BCBA, implementing evidence‑based treatment plans, collecting data, and supporting families in achieving measurable milestones.

Key Highlights:

  • Start Date: Immediate openings
  • Compensation: Starting at $20 / hour, with potential to earn $26 / hour based on experience; up to $4,000 in annual incentive bonuses
  • Training: Fully paid Accelerated ABA Training Program (including RBT certification assistance)
  • Location: Remote – work in families’ homes across the service region
  • Schedule: Monday‑Friday, flexible hours to accommodate client needs

Core Responsibilities

Direct Service Delivery

  • Collect and accurately record behavioral and skill acquisition data during each session, ensuring fidelity to data collection protocols.
  • Conduct discrete trial training (DTT), implement behavior support strategies, and deliver teaching procedures that target language, social, and adaptive skills.
  • Adapt instruction in real time based on client response, maintaining a supportive and encouraging environment.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with a designated BCBA supervisor to review data, refine goals, and adjust intervention strategies.
  • Maintain open, professional communication with families, addressing questions, providing progress updates, and offering guidance for generalization of skills.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, case reviews, and training sessions to stay aligned with best practices.
  • Document session notes promptly in the company’s electronic health record (EHR) system.

Professionalism & Reliability

  • Arrive on time, fully prepared with materials, data sheets, and a positive attitude for each scheduled session.
  • Demonstrate a goal‑oriented mindset, consistently working toward measurable outcomes for each client.
  • Uphold confidentiality standards and adhere to all state and federal regulations governing behavioral health services.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or progress toward one) in Psychology, Education, Sociology, or a related field is preferred. Candidates actively pursuing a degree are also welcome.
