Qualifications and Requirements

- 2 years of college; OR
- 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR
- 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership, a Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership, and general work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports with responsibilities including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
