Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Virtual Assistant to join our team in a remote work-from-home capacity. As a key member of our Global Business organization, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our senior leaders and teams, ensuring seamless execution of complex projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, confirm, and proactively manage detailed schedules, handling all aspects of complex senior-level meetings and related logistical arrangements.
  • Place, receive, and manage high volumes of calls and messages, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and arrange high-volume, complex international and domestic travel, including flights, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation; obtain necessary identification/visa documentation.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including planning correspondence, document preparation, research, filing, and preparing pre-meeting materials for review.
  • Plan and execute travel and cost investigations on a convenient basis.
  • Exercise discretion and caution when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Create and execute representative communications, including preparation of memoranda, leader updates, and phone calls.
  • Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
