Responsibilities
  • Handle recurring administrative and operational tasks.
  • Support financial workflows (trade reconciliations, uploading receipts, journal entries).
  • Interface with CPAs, auditors, and fund administrators for document coordination.
  • Assist with entity formation, document filing, and ad-hoc projects.
  • Provide accurate, detail-oriented support with minimal supervision.
Must-Haves
  • Experience with administrative and financial support tasks.
  • Familiarity with Xero (accounting software) preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow financial protocols.
  • Comfortable interfacing with external stakeholders (CPAs, auditors).
  • Ability to learn internal tools and processes quickly.
