About Navitus Health Solutions

Putting People First in Pharmacy – Navitus was created to challenge the traditional pharmacy‑benefit‑manager (PBM) model and bring transparency, affordability, and compassion to the medication supply chain. Our mission is simple: remove unnecessary cost, improve medication access, and deliver a healthier future for every member we serve. As a rapidly growing, technology‑driven health‑care partner, we support commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid populations across the United States.

At Navidus, we celebrate diversity, nurture creativity, and empower each team member to grow both professionally and personally. Our collaborative culture encourages new ideas, continuous learning, and a shared passion for delivering outstanding service to our customers, our partners, and each other. Why This Role Matters

The Remote Pharmacy Technician – Telehealth position is the frontline of our Medication Therapy Management (MTM) program. Every day, you will be the voice that guides members through their medication regimens, identifies potential safety concerns, and connects them with the resources they need to stay healthy. Key Responsibilities

As a Telehealth Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for a full spectrum of clinical and operational activities, including but not limited to:

  • Inbound Call Management: Receive and triage member inquiries, schedule MTM appointments, and provide immediate assistance or referrals as needed.
  • Comprehensive Medication Interviews: Perform thorough, telephonic medication histories, capture current drug therapy, allergies, adverse reactions, and adherence information, and accurately document findings in our clinical platform.
  • Care Coordination: Communicate findings and recommendations to prescribing clinicians, pharmacy providers, and internal care teams to ensure seamless follow‑up and resolution of therapy issues.
  • Star Rating Support: Engage with members and providers to capture data that contributes to CMS Star rating calculations, helping improve quality metrics for our clients.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of HIPAA, CMS, and state pharmacy regulations, ensuring all interactions and documentation meet the highest standards of privacy and accuracy.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate and review reports on outreach volume, call outcomes, and program effectiveness, providing insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training sessions, webinars, and certification programs to stay current on medication therapy trends, telehealth best practices, and emerging health‑care technologies.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to a supportive, high‑performing CEC (Clinical Excellence Center) Operations team, sharing knowledge, supporting peers, and helping meet departmental goals.
