Key Responsibilities

As a Regional Specialist, People Services, you will play a vital role in supporting people services initiatives, ensuring compliance with US employment laws and regulations, and collaborating with various teams to manage employee life cycle events effectively.   • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with various teams, including HR, operations, and management, to ensure seamless management of employee life cycle events, from onboarding to offboarding, and everything in between.

Requirements for Success

  • Relevant Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in providing HR support for a global organization or across the US, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
  • US Employment Laws and Regulations: Strong knowledge of US employment laws and regulations, including but not limited to labor laws, employment standards, and health and safety regulations.
  • Leadership and Mentoring: The ability to lead and mentor a team effectively, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure that team members can grow and thrive in their roles.
  • Analytical and Reporting Capabilities: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
