  • Document the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery, providing timely and effective support.
  • Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Troubleshoot, research, resolve, or escalate issues as necessary, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
