**Experienced Remote Interviewer / Recruiting Assistant – Hybrid Work Arrangement for a Full-Service Human Resources Company**

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Remote Interviewer / Recruiting Assistant to join our team on a part-time to full-time basis. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing resumes, scheduling and conducting phone or video interviews, and coordinating the arrangement of 2nd interviews with restaurant leadership. Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing resumes using job boards, career sites, and social media to find quality candidates
- Scheduling and conducting phone or video interviews for posted positions
- Coordinating the arrangement of 2nd interviews with restaurant leadership
- Using applicant tracking system to manage recruiting process
- Managing reference checking for applicants when necessary
- Notifying applicants of the status of their application, whether acceptance or rejection
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with local colleges, high schools, churches, and other organizations for recruitment purposes
- Effectively influencing potential candidates to pursue opportunities with the company
- Demonstrating knowledge of the brand(s)
- Maintaining regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- All other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Strong proficiency with Google Docs and Sheets
- Skilled in typing, using a personal computer, and a cell phone
- Ability to multitask and work well on a remote team
- Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
