As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for supporting our paid media analysis capability, driving business growth, and informing strategic decisions. Your primary focus will be on analyzing data to identify key opportunities for improvement, developing and implementing data-driven solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve paid media efficiency * Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions * Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business outcomes * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to drive business growth and improve paid media efficiency * Develop and implement data-driven solutions to address business challenges and opportunities * Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive business outcomes * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and analytics **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science * 2+ years of experience in data analysis and analytics, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders * Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software * Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science * 3+ years of experience in data analysis and analytics, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency * Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau or Power BI * Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques and tools * Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders * Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team * Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing and advertising principles * Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and analytics **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
