Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Manager of Digital, Social, and Campaigns to spearhead our digital and social channel strategy and execution, supporting integrated marketing and communications plans and priorities. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Integrated Marketing and Communications, you'll lead the development and execution of strategic plans for Flex.com and social media platforms to drive awareness and consideration of Flex's differentiation across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

As a Manager of Digital, Social, and Campaigns, your typical day will involve:
  • Digital and Social Strategy: Lead the development and execution of strategic plans for Flex.com and social media platforms to drive awareness and consideration of Flex's differentiation across diverse markets.
  • Campaign Program Management: Oversee the management of cross-business unit campaigns that align with key enterprise growth strategies, ensuring project milestones are met, managing status and reporting, and following best practices for efficient communications and collaboration.
  • Content Development: Craft compelling digital content and messages that effectively communicate Flex's end-to-end product differentiation and drive awareness and consideration in target markets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across functional teams and business unit partners to ensure alignment and integration of messaging and campaign initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics: Contribute to the establishment of key performance indicators, and ongoing reporting, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize strategies.
  • Best Practices and Innovation: Stay informed about the latest digital and social media trends, tools, and technologies, integrating best practices into strategic planning and execution.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, and campaign management, preferably within regulated industries or manufacturing sectors.
  • Skills: Proven success in managing integrated marketing campaigns and digital strategies that drive brand awareness and consideration, proficient in digital tools and platforms, including emerging technologies, with a strong understanding of digital and social media best practices.
  • Writing and Communication Skills: Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Organizational and Multitasking Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $93,500.00 USD - $128,600.00 USD Annual, depending on the geographical location of the candidate.
