Key Responsibilities
- Data Consolidation: Consolidate data from systems like Intulse VOIP, Fingercheck, and Less Annoying CRM to ensure accuracy and clarity.
 - Data Analysis: Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to management to inform business decisions.
 - Report Generation: Generate detailed Excel reports to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
 - Database Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date databases with relevant information to ensure seamless data analysis and reporting.
 
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Telemarketing Reports Administrator who possesses the following qualifications:
- Excel Proficiency: 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel, particularly in data analysis and reporting.
 - Strong Analytical Mindset: A strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
 - Telemarketing Experience: Experience with telemarketing systems (Intulse VOIP, Fingercheck, Less Annoying CRM) is a plus, as well as experience pulling reports and analyzing metrics for a team of telemarketers or customer service or inside sales individuals.
 - Location: The preferred location of where you live is in New Jersey, New York, or Pennsylvania.
