**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Remote Receptionist with Mindset Care, Inc., you will be responsible for:
* Greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner over the phone, setting the tone for a positive and supportive experience
* Answering and directing incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual, ensuring that clients receive the assistance they need in a timely and efficient manner
* Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars, ensuring that our team is well-coordinated and prepared for client meetings
* Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and other duties as needed, to support the smooth operation of our office
* Providing general administrative support to various departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
* Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Proficiency in Google Workspace, with experience using online tools and software to manage administrative tasks
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
**Preferred Qualifications:**

**Schedule:**
As a Remote Receptionist with Mindset Care, Inc., you will be expected to work 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, with a flexible schedule that meets the needs of our team and clients.
