We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our team of Remote Survey Research Interviewers. As a part-time survey research interviewer, you will play a critical role in conducting structured calls and completing short surveys, entering participant responses into our computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) system. As a Remote Survey Research Interviewer, your key responsibilities will include:- Conducting outbound calls using a structured protocol to gather data from participants
- Accurately capturing details of each call made into our CATI system
- Being on the phone for a full shift and making a high volume of calls with specific time constraints
- Completing all training activities and following written communication scripts
- Maintaining standards for quality and production, and being receptive to constructive feedback
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:- A bachelor's degree or at least 4 years' work experience
- Demonstrated verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated active listening skills and the ability to navigate our survey system while accurately entering data
- A clear and professional telephone speaking voice and ability to read accurately from a script
- Computer literacy skills, including keyboard skills, ability to enter data accurately, and basic troubleshooting for using and accessing computer systems
- Fluent in reading and writing in English
- Ability to work a set schedule to meet project objectives, including a minimum of 20 hours during the calling effort
- Hours available are Monday through Friday, 12pm to 8pm Eastern, with a set daily schedule preferred
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:- Prior experience as a survey research interviewer
- Previous experience collecting and recording data over the phone or in person
- Experience working with MS Office products, such as MS Teams, Word, and Excel
