Senior Technical Recruiter - Remote
Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join their fully remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top-tier technical talent for a variety of clients across diverse industries. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client needs and developing sourcing strategies to screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offers. This position requires a deep understanding of the tech landscape, including various programming languages, software development methodologies, and emerging technologies. You will leverage a range of sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and direct outreach, to build robust talent pipelines. Building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates is paramount. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in technical recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Responsibilities:
Partner with clients to understand their technical hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles. Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Conduct in-depth candidate screening and technical assessments. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely feedback to all parties. Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on pipeline status and hiring activity. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a consultancy environment. Demonstrated expertise in sourcing candidates for roles such as software engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, and cybersecurity specialists. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies. Excellent understanding of Boolean search techniques and social sourcing strategies. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously in a remote setting. Proactive and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
