Telehealth Mental Health Counselor
CAREolina Psychology is hiring a Licensed NC or SC Remote Mental Health Therapist —for Telehealth Services
Join Our Private Practice (Independent Contractor Role)
Are you a skilled, compassionate therapist looking for the freedom of a private practice with the support of a team? We’re a small, growing private practice seeking a licensed clinician (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, Psychologist, or licensed associate) to join us as an independent contractor providing telehealth sessions.
What we offer you
• A true small private practice with colleagues who care - not a corporate online telehealth platform
• Referrals provided – no scrambling to fill your caseload pr find new client referrals
• Administrative support – we handle ALL billing, insurance claims, and collections
• Guidance with credentialing and joining Major Insurance Panels
• AI-powered note-taking assistance – spend more time with clients, less time writing progress notes
• Flexible pay split options – choose 60/40 or 70/30 based on your caseload and goals
• Full autonomy – you set your schedule, caseload, and clinical approach
• Supervision Available
Why join a private practice vs. big platforms like BetterHelp or Zocdoc?
• You’re not just a number or online profile – REAL relationships with colleagues, personalized support, and quality/screened new client referrals
• Higher earning potential – transparent splits, no flat rates
• Clinical independence – no scripts, quotas, or mandatory client loads
• Direct client relationships – we prioritize quality of care over volume
• Practice community – access to peer consultation and a collaborative environment
Who we’re looking for
• high-quality, licensed professional, and a good-fit (not just “anyone with a license”)
• Comfortable providing evidence-based CBT/DBT/Behavioral therapy via telehealth (secure HIPAA-compliant platform provided)
• Interested in steady referrals and Long-term collaboration
• Passionate about high-quality client care and professional growth
If you’re tired of being just another profile on a giant platform and want autonomy, stability, and a supportive team (without the grind of solo practice), we’d love to hear from you.
