Job Overview

This temporary position will be a key member of our training team, responsible for coordinating and delivering training programs to new and existing employees. The successful candidate will be expected to work remotely and be flexible to work any 8 hours between 8AM-10PM EST. The position will end by or before May 1, 2025, and the ideal candidate will be available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new hire, progression, and enhancement training programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Train new and existing employees on client projects, emphasizing customer confidentiality and security to ensure that our employees understand the importance of protecting sensitive information.
  • Develop non-classroom communication and training materials to support the learning and development of our employees, including manuals, guides, and other resources.
  • Assess individual participant and class performance to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to employees to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Participate in minor client interaction, including Weekly Business Review meetings, effective curriculum feedback, and client visits to ensure that our training programs are meeting the needs of our clients.
  • Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in dealing with new employees, including maintaining confidentiality and respecting the privacy of our employees.
  • Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment, including collaborating with other trainers, managers, and employees to achieve our goals.
  • Ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to, including Security, HR, Operations, and other relevant policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required and assigned by supervisor or manager, including special projects and initiatives.

Position Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Must be able to work remotely and be self-motivated to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be flexible to work any 8 hours between 8AM-10PM EST, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • Must be willing to learn and adapt to new situations, including learning new software and systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure, plan, meet deadlines, and be accountable for the performance of others, including managing multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Requires solid organizational, administrative, leadership, and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Able to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and follow through to obtain desired results, including taking initiative and being proactive.
  • Must have a keen sense of attention to detail, taking the initiative to identify and resolve issues, including proofreading and editing materials.
  • Must be enthusiastic and comfortable speaking in front of large groups of people, including delivering presentations and training sessions.
  • Patience with various types of learners, including employees with different learning styles and abilities.
  • Skilled in determining why and how tasks should be handled to effective completion, including analyzing problems and developing solutions.
  • Proven experience in overcoming unexpected difficulties and using logical problem-solving skills, including thinking critically and outside the box.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with employees, managers, and clients.
  • Must have availability to work various shifts influenced by current business needs, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • College degree preferred or equivalent work experience required, including a degree in a related field such as education, training, or communications.
  • High school diploma or GED required, including a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Must pass background and drug tests, including a thorough background check and drug screening.
  • Experienced with the Microsoft Office Products – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, including the ability to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
