Job Overview

As a Customer Success Specialist at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in placing online orders, providing step-by-step guidance when necessary.
  • Offer support through phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Process payments securely, ensuring that all transactions are handled with the utmost care and confidentiality.
  • Proactively support customers, maintaining our brand reputation by providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant teams, collaborating to resolve complex problems efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with our requirements. These include:

  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Work Experience: At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with call center experience being advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Language Proficiency: B2 level proficiency in English, with fluency in Mandarin speaking, writing, and reading skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A customer service-oriented mindset, active listening skills, and the ability to handle inquiries professionally and empathetically.
  • Technical Skills: A typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with 90% accuracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office.
