You'll work closely with our team to analyze data, create reports, and develop recommendations for process improvements that align with our organization's objectives. **Responsibilities and Expectations** As a Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include: * Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control group in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components. * Helping to create and present results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. * Assisting with exploring ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and providing logical answers to enable Senior Leaders to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities. * Presenting insights, trends, and potential recommendations by using data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding. * Helping to create and disseminate specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements. * Identifying irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and conveying findings to the Group. * Assessing the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors. * Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision. * May perform other work duties as directed by Group Leader. **Requirements and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Data Science, Business Analytics, or Statistics. * A strong analytical mindset with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with precision and accuracy. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and results to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate business issues, identify opportunities for data-driven insights, and interpret resulting metrics. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines. * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. * Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum. * A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Alteryx, Tableau, or Power BI. * Past internship, capstone project, or research experience in a related field. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques. * Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure. **What We Offer** As a Data Analyst at blithequark, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
