With a global presence and a commitment to excellence, we're the trusted partner for businesses looking to digitally transform and stay ahead of the curve. **Job Summary** As an Enterprise Customer Engineer, you'll be responsible for identifying and assessing large-scale AI opportunities that can benefit from AI-optimized infrastructure. You'll work closely with our internal Cloud AI teams to develop and implement solutions that meet the needs of our clients, helping them to leverage accelerators within their overall cloud strategy. Your expertise will be invaluable in shaping the future of AI and ML services, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the businesses we serve. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and assess large-scale AI opportunities that can benefit from AI-optimized infrastructure * Help clients leverage accelerators within their overall cloud strategy by running benchmarks for current models, finding opportunities to use accelerators for new models, developing migration paths, and assisting with research fees to optimize performance * Work closely with internal Cloud AI teams to develop and implement solutions that meet the needs of our clients * Collaborate with clients to understand their AI and ML needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives and providing expert guidance and support * Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and ML, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth * Contribute to the development of repeatable assets and best practices that can be shared with other teams and clients * Influence Google Cloud approach on the intersection of infrastructure and AI/ML by advocating for client requirements **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience * 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, with a strong understanding of AI and ML concepts * Experience in building and operationalizing machine learning models, with a focus on large-scale deployments * Proven ability to deliver technical presentations and lead detailed discovery and planning sessions with clients * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and senior leaders **Desired Qualifications** * Experience with education and fine-tuning large models (e.g. image, language, segmentation, recommendation, genomics) with accelerators * Experience running MLPerf benchmarks and performance profiling tools (e.g. Tensorflow profiler, PyTorch profiler, Tensorboard) * Experience with distributed training and optimization of large models * Ability to design and architect large-scale infrastructure farms for professional AI use cases * Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms and services, including Google Cloud Platform * Experience working with C-level or senior business leaders and influencing decisions **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical skills in cloud infrastructure, AI, and ML * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and senior leaders * Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation and growth * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on shared goals and objectives **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
