Our team of experts is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we're committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Specialist – Cloud Application Support, you'll be the primary point of contact for our US Government (USG) and Enterprise clients, providing expert guidance, support, and analysis to resolve complex record and charging issues. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams, including Technical Account Managers, Sales and Solutions Architects, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide expert support to USG and Enterprise clients, addressing complex record and charging issues, and proactively assisting clients to avoid potential problems. * Work with clients to understand their use of AWS record and charging services, providing valuable insights and recommendations to improve their experience. * Perform in-depth analysis of client records and charging statements, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations. * Educate clients on reporting options, alerts, and budgets, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to manage their AWS resources effectively. * Deliver timely, efficient, and personalized support to clients, working closely with global customer service peers to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of service. * Drive initiatives to improve client engagement with AWS record and charging data, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. * Serve as the Voice of the Customer for our Enterprise clients, providing feedback and insights to drive business growth and improvement. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of AWS products and features, staying ahead of the curve on new developments and innovations. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field) * 3+ years of experience in customer service or record management, working with high-profile clients * 3+ years of experience with advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, vlookup, and other formulas) * Current, active US Government Trusted status of TS/SCI with Polygraph **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in service and record management positions * A drive to dive into the details of a system or process to resolve client issues * Demonstrated success in a high-speed support environment * Exhibited achievement driving cross-functional initiatives * SQL and other database query skills * Strong familiarity with web technologies and the web * Understanding of cloud-based computing and storage concepts **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading provider of cloud-based solutions and services * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and navigating complex technical issues, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
