As a blithequark team member, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of talented individuals who share your passion for innovation and excellence. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Data Analyst in our Quality Control Standards and Compliance team, you'll play a critical role in driving a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation. You'll work closely with our data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to identify trends and patterns in our data, and use your findings to inform business decisions and drive process improvements. Your expertise will help us maintain our commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, while also identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. **Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include: * Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control group in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components * Helping to create and present results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders * Assisting in exploring ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and providing logical answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities * Presenting findings, trends, and potential recommendations by using data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding * Helping to create and distribute specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, outlining the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements * Identifying irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and conveying findings to the team * Assessing the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors * Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision * May perform other work duties as directed by Group Leader **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering) * A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of data visualization tools and technologies (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx) * Experience with data analysis and interpretation, with a strong understanding of statistical concepts and methods * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Past internship, capstone project, or research experience in a related field * Experience with data visualization tools and technologies (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx) * Familiarity with programming languages (e.g. Python, R, SQL) * Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques * Strong understanding of business operations and processes * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **What We Offer** As a blithequark team member, you'll enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including: * Competitive hourly rate of $28 * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Paid time off and holidays * Free, unlimited space available travel honors for yourself (assessments and expenses may apply on international travel) * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Opportunities to work on high-impact projects and initiatives **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and interpretation, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
