In this role, you’ll collaborate across engineering and operations to drive creating transfer package to for smooth technology transfer from R&D and ramp to full production. Experience and discipline in process transfer to contract manufacturers (CMs) will be critical to a successful and efficient fab ramp-up.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Review existing R&D processes and propose plan to ensure readiness to transfer</li><li>Create a comprehensive checklist to ensure successful transfer of processes and materials</li><li>Collaborate with R&D process, integration, operations and hardware teams to ensure completing the checklist on time to meet timeline needed to start HVM operations</li><li>Track and manage schedules, deliverables, and risks for technology transfer and production milestones</li><li>Coordinate and support training of ramp engineers from HVM site</li><li>Support tools and process qualifications at HVM site</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry standards</li><li>Comfortable working across time zones, collaborating with remote teams, and supporting factory-side execution</li><li>Discipline tracking and driving deliverables to completion</li><li>Flexibility to travel back and forth between South East Asia and the USA (up to 50%)</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Additional Information</b></p><p></p><p><b>Time Type:</b></p>Full time<p></p><p><b>Employee Type:</b></p>Assignee / Regular<p></p><p><b>Travel:</b></p>Yes, 20% of the Time<p></p><p><b>Relocation Eligible:</b></p>Yes<p></p><p></p><p>The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
