Job Responsibilities • Implementing best practice nursing care in post-acute residents in nearby areas • Monitoring the conditions of residents and providing updates to the nursing team • Measuring and documenting the basic vital signs of residents • Helping residents with grooming, feeding, toileting, and other basic activities of daily living (ADLs) • Promoting a clean and safe environment by ensuring best practices in hygiene and by clearing areas of hazards • Transporting residents around the facility and assisting them with other movements, as needed during the day • Interacting with residents on a daily basis to keep them engaged, provide comfort, and build trusting relationships • Being accountable to follow and adhere to care plans for residents and all applicable rules, regulations, and policies • Bridging communications between, and among, staff and residents (and their family members) Qualifications and Skills • Current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification • Demonstrated knowledge of nursing care procedures and clinical terminology • Detail-oriented and able to effectively communicate with medical professionals, residents, and family members • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs Enjoy the Work-Life Balance You Deserve As you search for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) jobs, this is your chance to join a company that trusts you to manage your own schedule.
