About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be part of an organically diverse team from 70+ countries, where all members contribute to and support each other's success and well-being. You will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing customer service support and resolving routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and services via inbound/outbound calls and/or the internet.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide to ensure seamless and efficient issue resolution.
- Help customers resolve basic technical issues, demonstrating patience, understanding, and a willingness to assist.
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to maintain accurate records and facilitate future interactions.
- Offer additional products and/or services to customers, promoting blithequark's offerings and enhancing their overall experience.
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that every interaction is positive, professional, and reflective of blithequark's values.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
- Open availability, as this is a seasonal position requiring flexibility and adaptability.
- A high school diploma or GED, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to learning.
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, ensuring that you can focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies, with a strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
- A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing, meeting the following requirements:
- Bring your own device - This position does not loan equipment.
- Device must be a desktop or laptop computer (No Macs, Chromebooks, iPads, tablets, mobile phones, etc.).
- Operating System: Windows 10+.
- RAM: 8GB or higher.
- Processor: Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or higher.
- Internet Requirements:
- DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection (Satellite and Wireless/Hotspots are not acceptable).
- Speeds: 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload or higher.
- While working, you will be required to hardwire with an ethernet cable.
- High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence, ensuring compliance with federal law and eligibility to work in the United States.
