Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Expert at blithequark, your responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with Customers: You will connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
  • Resolving Issues: You will calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
  • Responding to Requests: You will respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
  • Tracking Call Information: You will track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Providing Feedback: You will provide feedback on call issues to help us improve our services.
  • Meeting Sales Objectives: You will meet sales objectives as defined, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Qualifications

We are looking for fearless and inspired individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English: You must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Customer Service Experience: You must have at least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Age and Education: You must be over 18 years of age and have a high school graduate or GED equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: You must have the ability to type 25 wpm and be comfortable with desktop computer systems.
  • Communication Skills: You must have proven oral and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You must have logical problem-solving skills and be able to work independently.
  • Availability and Adaptability: You must be available to work various shifts and be able to adapt to a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.

Work from Home Requirements

This is a remote work opportunity, and you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Internet Connection: You must have a reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
  • ISP Requirements: Your ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
  • Proof of Internet Speed: You must be able to provide proof of your internet speed.
