Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to instructions from supervisors and assist other colleagues in performing store functions
  • Aid in the training of store colleagues
  • Demonstrate consultative behaviors in a retail environment to meet every client's individualized needs
  • Provide client expertise in printing, signs and designs, and transportation product offerings and suggest suitable blithequark products and services
  • Deliver a remarkable client support experience by using consultative skills to anticipate client needs, recommend options, and find solutions to address client issues
  • Ensure all client issues are resolved promptly and to the client's satisfaction
  • Take complex client orders using order systems and provide accurate pricing information
  • Collect, package, and prepare merchandise for delivery
  • Set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and accurate retail location

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail. Additionally, you will need to be able to lift 55 pounds, stand during your entire shift, and bend/kneel at the waist and knees consistently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field
  • Good knowledge of printing, signs and designs, and transportation product offerings
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
