About the Role: Customer Service Representative – Call Center Agent

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch service through phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions. Your goal will be to develop rapport with customers, offer solutions, and ensure an exceptional experience that leaves a lasting impression. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and timely manner
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating priority matters to high-level management when necessary
  • Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently
  • Developing rapport with customers, tailoring interactions to their needs, and providing an upbeat and positive experience
  • Offering solutions, not excuses, and troubleshooting issues with a positive and proactive approach

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing 30+ words per minute, copy/paste, and opening tabs (required)
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills (required)
  • Residency in one of the following states: Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah (required)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a remote or call center environment
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
