Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Test and debug code to ensure flawless functionality and optimize performance. Provide technical support and address user requests promptly. Understand the product thoroughly and contribute effectively. Honor commitments and deliver high-quality work. Qualifications Education requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role. Experience requirements: Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years). Hands On Experience With Java Is Required. Experience with Python and JavaScript is preferred. Experience with Django for backend development, React for frontend development and Vite as a build tool is required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good knowledge of laboratory processes. Good problem-solving, troubleshooting, organization and time management skills. Attention to detail with solid editorial/proofreading skills. Competency with Microsoft Office software. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Ability to multi-task and adapt and adjust to changing priorities. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to train and coach others. Advanced knowledge of system template or report development. Location: Fully remote on the East Coast.
