Job Description We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant with a strong background in insurance-specific CRM builds. This is a highly customized Salesforce Org, and we're actively enhancing it with advanced automation, third-party integrations, and tailored workflows. You will support ongoing architecture, development, and integration projects. This includes building new features, connecting with external apps (e.g., dialers, quoting platforms), and optimizing our Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE) setup. Experience with Veruna is strongly preferred. Responsibilities • Configure and customize Salesforce using custom objects, flows, automation, and field relationships • Map complex insurance sales workflows into Salesforce • Support integrations, including dialers, quoting tools, and MCAE • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify technical requirements and deliver solutions quickly • Ensure high-quality deployments using sandboxes, version control, and structured testing protocols Requirements • Experience with Salesforce development and administration in the insurance industry • Strong grasp of policy lifecycle management, quoting flows, and lead pipeline tracking • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams • Familiarity with change management processes (e.g., sandboxes, change sets, source control) • Ability to commute to our office in Encino.
