**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Call Center Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and answering high-volume customer inquiries. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Primary Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize blithequark's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new enrollments and enter patient and medication data into our systems
* Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing
* Investigate missing medication data and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)
* Resolve data entry-related exceptions and escalate issues to senior-level staff as needed
* Provide support to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely, to ensure seamless customer service
* Identify and escalate issues to senior-level staff as needed
Secondary Responsibilities:
* Handle correspondence with patients, including inbound calls, visits, and messages
* Resolve outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis
* Settle external exceptions by reviewing, gathering data, making recommendations, and resubmitting for processing as needed
* Settle phone calls to healthcare providers and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve external exceptions
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Essential level computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing a computer
+ Using a mouse to point and click
+ Starting and closing programs
+ Switching between programs
+ Saving files
+ Printing documents
+ Accessing data online
* Essential web browsing skills, including:
+ Opening a browser
+ Composing URLs in the correct location
+ Using a search engine
+ Bookmarking a website
+ Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons
+ Completing online forms
* Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing records)
* Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
* 18 years old or older
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
* At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction
* Middle-of-the-road to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing records)
* Familiarity with Spanish and English
