As a Telephone Triage Registered Nurse, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients with a variety of health or illness questions. Some of your primary responsibilities include providing remote nursing care to a variety of patient populations across the life span, including infants, the elderly, patients with behavioral health needs and recently discharged hospital patients, performing skilled and thorough nursing assessments, prioritizing patient needs and referring them to the </span><span>appropriate level</span><span> of care, utilizing evidence-based guidelines, insight of the nursing process and a proven ability to critically analyze information from the patient and the EMR in your decision-making process and ensuring access to care and </span><span>optimal</span><span> outcomes</span><span>.  </span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p></div><h2><br><b><span>A caregiver in this position works, </span>4-10s, 2:00pm -12:30am. </b><b><span>Schedule comes out about 4 weeks ahead of time with a 6-week projection. </span>Work every other weekend and 3 holidays a year</b></h2><p></p><p><b>This position will be remote after orientation.
