M&A Integration Project Manager

• *Must have Mergers and Acquisitions experience** • * Must have experience in a Corporate Environment** • *Must have project management experience** Overview: The Integration Project Manager will primarily focus on integrating our acquisitions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition. While this role will primarily involve M&A integration projects, the Project Manager will also occasionally be responsible for other projects. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in general project management and experience in mergers and acquisitions. Key Duties & Accountabilities (Primary responsibilities & quantifiable measurements): • Lead the end-to-end integration process for newly acquired companies • Creating and executing integration plans • Coordinating cross-functional teams to meet integration goals • Identifying and mitigating risks • Synergy tracking and, where necessary, assist in implementation • Collaborate with senior leadership to define integration strategies, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Ensure the successful transfer of technology, processes, and knowledge from acquired entities. • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to meet project goals. • Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders. • Identify and implement best practices for integration processes. • Manage and lead other projects as assigned. Qualifications (What you’ll need to be successful): • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field. An MBA is a plus. • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus. • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. • Experience in acquisition integration is highly desirable. • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Familiarity with project management tools and software. • Ability to travel as needed (up to 30%).
