About the Role

As a Customer Experience Advocate at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support and advocacy to our customers. This is a hybrid position, with 3 days per week spent in our Denver office, and the remaining days working remotely. You will engage with customers across a variety of channels, including live chat, email, phone, and screen shares, to provide personalized support and empower them to connect their goals and challenges with our solution.

  • Engage with customers across multiple channels to provide timely and effective support
  • Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with our solution, providing guidance and expertise to help them achieve their objectives
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex issues, engage users for the full bug life cycle, and verify bug fixes
  • Serve as the liaison between our customers and the rest of the blithequark team to advocate for their needs and help shape the best possible version of our product
  • Lead online webinars and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our platform and developer toolkit
  • Create internal and external documentation to enhance our knowledge base and provide customers with the resources they need to succeed
  • Advise customers about new features and functionalities, ensuring they are always up-to-date with the latest developments and innovations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience providing customer or technical support, with SAAS experience being a plus. You should have a strong understanding of help desk software and remote support tools, with experience with Zendesk being an asset. You will need to have excellent problem-solving skills, multitasking abilities, and superb written and verbal communication skills. A positive attitude, empathetic approach, and collaborative mindset are essential, as well as the ability to take initiative and adapt to changing circumstances.

Compensation and Benefits

For Colorado-based hires, the compensation range for this role is $48,000-$62,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes the opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on the company's plans and policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of Colorado may differ based on the cost of labor and other factors.
