About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Researching destinations, weather, customs, and special activities to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations
  • Booking travel arrangements, including hotels, resorts, car rentals, airport transfers, airfare, cruises, tours, and activities
  • Developing strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and providing personalized travel recommendations
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records to ensure seamless communication and follow-up
  • Staying informed about the latest travel industry trends, products, and services through daily training sessions

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. These include:

  • Being at least 18 years of age
  • Having a smartphone, tablet, and/or computer/laptop with reliable internet access
  • Being willing to learn and adapt to new situations, with a coachable and self-motivated attitude
  • Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Being detail-oriented, with good organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Being comfortable using various social media platforms and having a basic understanding of sales and customer service principles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Travel industry knowledge or experience, although not required
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
