Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working nights and weekends in a remote/hybrid environment. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, answering their questions, and providing exceptional support throughout their journey with us. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
  • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, adapting to changing guidelines and customer needs
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing customer dissatisfaction
  • Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, continuously seeking opportunities for growth and improvement

Essential Qualifications

  • High school graduate or G.E.D.
  • Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute, with proficiency in using computer software and technology
  • Must be able to pass a background check, demonstrating a commitment to integrity and trustworthiness

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a remote/hybrid environment
