Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer experiences on calls to consumer card members, ensuring that all interactions are professional, courteous, and responsive to their needs
  • Resolve customer queries and follow established procedures as appropriate, using your knowledge and expertise to deliver effective solutions and first-call resolutions
  • Identify the mood, profile, and needs of each customer, leveraging this information to provide personalized benefits and products that meet their requirements and are compliant with our guidelines
  • Deliver high-quality service to customers, employees, and shareholders, meeting metrics and goals as outlined, and providing feedback and recommendations for improvements to workflows, procedures, and service levels
  • Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines, taking quick decisions and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a ability to think critically and creatively
  • Demonstrated dependability and self-motivating skills, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 and rotational shift environment, including night shifts, and thrive in a hybrid work setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a virtual or remote customer service environment
  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and helpdesk tools
