Key Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous and efficient customer support via phone (inbound calls) during the busy tax season, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Answer questions regarding tax filing, products, services, and account information, ensuring that customers receive accurate and helpful information to navigate their tax obligations.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues related to their tax filings or software, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues in our support system, maintaining detailed records to ensure continuity of service and improve our support processes.
  • Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and first-call resolution, striving for excellence in every customer interaction.

  • Independence and Self-Management: Comfortable working independently in a remote work environment, with the ability to self-manage your time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-Solving and Multitasking: Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities are necessary to handle multiple customer inquiries and issues simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of service quality.
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: While not required, previous customer service experience is a plus, particularly in a tax-related or similar field.
