**Responsibilities**
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
* Delivering an exceptional support experience, exceeding our customers' expectations and building trust and loyalty
* Interacting and communicating effectively with a diverse range of customers, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to resolve issues and provide solutions
* Providing a memorable and delightful experience for our customers, creating a positive impression and fostering long-term relationships
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or GED equivalent
* 18 years of age or older
* Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the business, with a willingness to learn and grow
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology, including internet and phone systems
**Equipment and Internet Requirements**
To work from home, you'll need:
* A standalone monitor (19 inches or larger)
* A hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
* Required internet speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
* A working phone line (home phone or mobile)
* A noise/distraction-free home office environment, with a dedicated workspace and ergonomic chair
