As a Work from Home (WFH) representative, you'll be part of a vibrant community that values flexibility, collaboration, and continuous learning. **Your Impact** As a Full Stack Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, handling customer service calls ranging from billing and payments to plan changes and upgrades. Your creative problem-solving skills will help you address complex customer questions and concerns, while navigating multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records. Your goal will be to provide effective and timely resolutions for customers and deliver personalized recommendations for our latest products and services. Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours. Occasional overtime may be required. **Work From Home Requirements** * Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection). * blithequark will provide all the equipment you'll need to get started!
