As a Student Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patrons and guests, providing a welcoming and approachable atmosphere that promotes a positive relationship between patrons and employees. We are committed to fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration, and we are seeking talented and dedicated individuals like you to join our team. **Job Description** As a Student Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for: * Greeting patrons and guests, ensuring the safety and well-being of all patrons while maintaining a visibly positive and approachable composure * Assisting all customers with various questions/problems in customer service areas * Performing basic cleaning responsibilities, including trash, equipment, and laundry * Special event set-up and operations * Maintaining a clean and safe environment for all patrons by completing assigned shifts, duties, and enforcing facility policies * Serving as a first responder to accidents within the building **Essential Qualifications** * Current American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and Standard First Aid certifications or obtained within the first 30 days of employment * BBP Certification obtained within the first 30 days of employment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in customer service or a related field * Knowledge of facility operations and safety protocols * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time * Knowledge of facility operations and safety protocols * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Student Customer Service Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, facility operations, and safety protocols.
