[Remote] Onboarding Specialist, Spanish Speaking
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Breezeway is an award-winning property operations and experience platform that helps coordinate and verify work at properties. They are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to support Spanish-speaking clients, manage their onboarding experience, and collaborate with various teams to ensure successful implementation of client accounts.
Responsibilities
• Work collaboratively with Sales and Client Experience teams to ensure the efficient implementation of new client accounts, ensuring synchronization across departments.
• Manage the client’s experience by conducting training sessions to educate the client on best practices to succeed using Breezeway.
• Actively monitor and manage the onboarding health across new client implementations, ensuring that all timelines and milestones are consistently met.
• Ensure adherence to best practices by performing quality assurance through reviewing recordings and documentation of client interactions.
• Proactively create, coordinate, and implement new ideas to improve the onboarding process.
• Contribute to a positive team environment of collaboration, customer empathy, equality, and inclusion.
• Troubleshoot client issues to resolution or escalate to the appropriate resource.
• Educate clients on how to leverage our tools to simplify their complex workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Product to turn valuable client feedback into practical product improvements.
• Develop domain expertise in property care and a deep understanding of client needs.
Skills
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Ability to work PST hours
• 2+ years of relevant experience in implementation or project management
• Experience in Technology or SaaS company
• Proven track record for creative problem-solving for clients
• Able to navigate CRM software and web-based tools effectively
• A strong understanding of Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and quick-to-learn technology integrations
• A strong understanding of Excel, with expert proficiency in conditional formatting, VLOOKUP, using shortcuts and formula functions, and sorting and filtering data
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proven track record of creative problem-solving and attention to detail
• Adaptable and flexible in response to change
• Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• You contribute to a positive team environment of collaboration, customer empathy, equality, and inclusion
