Job Title: Change Manager / Internal Communications
Type: Contract / Remote / 40 Hours a Week
Locations: Candidates must live in the state of Washington, Idaho, or Oregon.
We’re looking for a Change Manager / Internal Communications to drive employee engagement and guide teams through organizational change. You’ll design communication strategies, leverage digital tools, and create content that keeps employees informed, supported, and aligned with business priorities.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead change management initiatives and implement communication plans that drive engagement.
• Monitor metrics and feedback to track results and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
• Use tools like SharePoint, Teams, Intranet platforms, and Co-Pilot to streamline communication.
• Create compelling content: emails, newsletters, videos, digital signage, and more.
• Maintain communication calendars, templates, and playbooks.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment.
What You Bring:
• Experience in change management and internal communications.
• Knowledge of frameworks like ADKAR.
• Strong writing, communication, and digital skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Healthcare and/or Insurance industry experience.
