About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers, demonstrating active selling techniques and providing product information and guidance to ensure a high-quality customer experience
  • Maintain the appearance of the sales floor, set up seasonal promotions and visual displays, and regularly monitor assigned areas for product restocking and recovery
  • Operate cash registers, assist customers with checkout, and execute appropriate cash handling procedures
  • Support inventory and order fulfillment by receiving and processing incoming merchandise, assisting with special orders, and handling store-to-store shipping requests
  • Respond to customer inquiries and support the digital and in-store shopping experience

Essential Qualifications

  • Pleasant personality and excellent customer service skills, with a passion for working with the public
  • Moderate computer/systems competency and excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to occasionally climb ladders and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work successfully as part of a team
