About the Role
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in our customer's journey, providing guidance, support, and resolving inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating our customers through the complexities of health insurance, ensuring they receive the best possible care and service. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, delivering high-quality customer service experiences consistently.
- Provide technical support and manage customer accounts with precision and care.
- Perform application data entry and respond to online chat inquiries as assigned.
- Interpret and adhere to defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulated guidelines.
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
- Effectively manage time and tasks, prioritizing multitasking and task management to meet performance goals.
- Engage in extensive self-study, training, and testing to enhance knowledge and skills, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent on passing required exams.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s and a dedicated, private, and secure workspace.
- Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period and complete a background check and health screening.
- Possess moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be self-motivated and success-driven.
- Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required; mobile internet service providers and satellite connections are not compatible.
Preferred Experience:
While not required, the following experiences are highly valued:
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles.
- Familiarity with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act.
- Experience in a Call Center environment.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and practices.
- Spanish Bilingual skills are a significant plus.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

Spanish Bilingual candidates may be eligible for higher base pay rates.
