Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process for the Customer Excellence organization, partnering with hiring managers and teams to identify and attract top talent. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on all levels of the Customer Excellence organization, ensuring timely and efficient hiring practices.
  • Partner with and advise hiring managers and hiring teams to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Develop a network of potential candidates through passive and active sourcing, ongoing relationship management, and participation in special virtual events, including recruiting events, career fairs, and networking events.
  • Lead or contribute to multiple internal blithequark projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve hiring processes.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned, including participating in talent acquisition initiatives and contributing to the development of the company's recruitment strategy.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2+ years of high-volume corporate and/or agency full-cycle recruiting experience supporting a variety of complex roles, with a proven track record of hiring top talent.
  • Success in hiring evergreen and single-threaded roles, with experience in managing multiple searches, projects, and relationships simultaneously.
  • Experience partnering with and advising senior leaders, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process, with a strong understanding of the importance of candidate care and experience.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), with proficiency in Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms.
  • A commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience, with a focus on building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer on an ongoing basis, with the ability to work remotely from any registered location in the U.S.

  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies and tactics, with experience in developing and executing recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
