What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including inbound calls and other platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging directly with customers to address their queries, concerns, and needs
  • Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers, following up as needed to resolve issues

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
