How You'll Contribute to Our Mission

As a Ticket/Gate Agent at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, setting the tone for their travel experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the check-in process, including managing seat availability, making gate announcements, and ensuring customers have the necessary travel documentation.
  • Assisting with the boarding process, tagging and lifting baggage, and operating loading bridges.
  • Opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors, and escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Working collaboratively with other airport staff to ensure the smooth operation of airport services.

Scheduling and Work Environment

As a Ticket/Gate Agent at blithequark, you can expect to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and overnight shifts.   • Ability to hold airport-specific requirements, such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal.
