As a customer representative, you will play a vital role in supporting customers from the Netherlands and Belgium, following a comprehensive training program led by certified instructors.Your Key Responsibilities
As a Dutch customer service representative at blithequark, your primary duties will include:- Communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email to provide exceptional support and resolve their queries efficiently.
- Tracking and following cases to ensure they are closed in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Representing a major brand, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and passwords, setting up repairs for hardware-related issues, and escalating unresolved cases to 2nd level support Interaction Experts.
Your Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you will need to possess:- Fluency in Dutch, with advanced English knowledge.
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred.
- Prior customer support experience would be an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to efficiently resolve customer queries.
