Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve their problems. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer care and focus on assessing customers' needs to provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience. You will be the face of our company, and your interactions with our customers will have a direct impact on our reputation and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer care and focus on assessing customers' needs to deliver personalized solutions
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a professional and timely manner
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality in our service delivery
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, contributing to the overall success of our customer service team
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell our products and services, enhancing the customer experience and driving revenue growth
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and follow up on pending issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve our overall service delivery

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms. You should have previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Basic computer skills and experience with software applications are also essential, as well as the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage your time efficiently.

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience with software applications
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and helpdesk applications
  • Experience with sales and upselling techniques, with the ability to identify opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues and improve our overall service delivery
